Rhianna Smith M.Ost D.O

Rhianna, is another of our fantastic GOsC registered Rainham Osteopaths.

Rhianna has always had a keen interest in health and well-being and a strong desire to help people. As a result of this Rhianna embarked on a four-year degree at the European School of Osteopathy, a world-renowned Osteopathy school, where she obtained a first class Masters degree in Osteopathy in 2016. Prior to this, Rhianna worked as a Sports Massage Therapist.

Rhianna strongly believes in supporting the body’s self-healing mechanism and uses a variety of osteopathic techniques including structural, functional and cranial to achieve this. Rhianna loves helping people to address their wellness holistically. She likes to provide her patients with individualised plans of rehabilitative exercises in addition to education on postural advice, stress, exercise, the breath and nutrition.

Rhianna loves treating people of any age from babies through to the elderly and she also enjoys supporting people through pregnancy and post natally. Like all of our registered Osteopaths, Rhianna is a highly trained healthcare professional, with expertise in the musculoskeletal system and so is able to help with issues including back, neck, joint or arthritic pains, sciatica, headaches, jaw pain and more.

Rhianna has a love for travel and has worked as an osteopath both in England and in New Zealand. She enjoys her regular yoga practice and in her spare time she loves to get out for long walks with her family.
