Nominate them to win a free massage or osteopathy session, tailored to what they need most.

They’ll be able to choose from our range of treatments, including holistic massage, deep tissue massage, Indian head massage, cupping therapy or osteopathy session, all designed to ease stress, release tension and recharge this Christmas.

Contest Rules & Policy

Eligibility

  • Nominees must be 18 or over.
  • Only one entry per person.

Consent

  • The winning nominee will also be required to give permission for a photograph and short quote to be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, and local press).

Prize Details

  • The prize is one free treatment session (massage or osteopathy) at Tim Wood Healthcare in Rainham Kent or Maidstone.
  • Massage treatment is only available at the Rainham clinic.
  • The prize session must be arranged and take place within 6 weeks of winning the competition.

 Announcement & Data Privacy

  • The winner will be announced on Wednesday 17th December and contacted via phone or email.
  • Personal details will only be used for competition administration and communication.
