Have seen Alix for a few months now after having suffered for many a year and she has been excellent, every treatment I feel better than when I went in and everything is explained in detail to give me complete confidence in the session. I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my day to day life since going and after many years of physio, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I cancelled a 3rd appointment with 6 hours notice as I have a newborn baby (that the practice knew about) and a new job that meant my schedule was crazy. They still charged me a cancellation fee despite the receptionist telling me they are very lenient and will probably let me off. I wouldn't mind so much but the charge was taken 9 days later with no warning. Pretty poor, no communication. Treatment was ok but for obvious reasons won't be going back.

I visited this clinic via a recommendation, was seen by Alix, she was very friendly, explained what she was going to do, talked me through what she doing all the time, and discussed some further exercises to try, along with what the doctor had suggested. Would highly recommend.

See I lucy today after 5 days in pain and she did an amazing job of releasing some pressure on my arm due to a compressed nerve and softened some back muscles. Lots more treatments and I should feel brand new

Lucy is a very gifted osteopath, and shows amazing passion for her career. Dedicated to getting the best results for her patients. Lucy is caring, very professional and approachable. I have suffered with daily nagging/stress headaches for years and taking pain relief every day for at least the last 15 years. The headaches and neck pain were getting worse so booked into see Lucy, as I had previously used Tim Wood healthcare services before.
I knew this would not be cured or get any relief from the pain with only one or two sessions, but after six treatments, I have reduce my pain relief from 2-4 tables a day to 1 or none a week.
I have never felt better and this has been down to Lucy's determination to reduce my pain, which I am truly thankful. I know going forward to keep this manageable I will still need to have a monthly or six weekly visits.
I would highly recommend Lucy as an Osteopath to go to, for help to relieve your pain.

Tim gives a very professional service. I have been going there for quite a while now and has really helped my lower back pain and especially the sciatica nerve I have felt so much better in myself since my ongoing treatment, he always listens to what you have to say and always answers any questions you might have,I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatment 100% recommend him...i have tried other osteopaths but have not been very happy with them and have always gone back to tim

I honestly can’t recommend Eliza enough. She is pure magic! From the moment you walk into her clinic, you feel listened to, understood, and genuinely cared for. She takes the time to really get to the root of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms.

I’ve gone to her with differing reasons for pain, and every single time she’s worked her magic and made it disappear. Not only does she relieve the pain, but she also explains what’s going on.

If you’re looking for an osteopath who is professional, compassionate, and unbelievably effective, Eliza is the one. I always leave feeling lighter, looser, and so grateful I found her.

This was my first visit. Tim was very welcoming, obtained all the information of past history and the reason why I was there. He carried out an assessment and gave me advice but due to the nature of my injury I needed to get it checked with an xray first. Now I have been given the all clear I will be going back to receive treatment. I have confidence that Tim will be able to help.

I received brilliant care from Eliza. She totally put me at ease with her warm & friendly nature and gave me as much time as I needed to ensure the best possible treatment for my condition without rushing. Her personable manner made it easy for me to ask questions even though this was the first time I have been treated by her. I have been going to Tim for years with aches and pains, I go for 3 month maintenance and some times in between. We as a family have been going for years, everyone else see's Tim as and when they need. My husband went a couple of months ago after not going for 3 years. Tim is of friendly, professional disposition. We would and have recommend Tim to anyone in need of an Osteopath. The on line booking is easy to use, make appointment , change appointment 🙂 health is wealth 🙂
