Carl Norris M.Ost D.O

GOSC Registered Osteopath.
Available at the Rainham clinic.

Carl, our Osteopath in Rainham, loves being an Osteopath! He graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2015 and went to work in the NHS where he worked with patients with a wide range of conditions.  Carl sees Osteopathy as a holistic approach to both treating symptoms like back pain, but also as a preventative measure.  He sees the importance of combining rehabilitation with lifestyle and exercise. Therefore, Carl also teaches an exercise class that helps people with unstable postures as well as working one to one with clients.

Carl also teaches and supervises the clinical practice of 3rd and 4th year students at the European School of Osteopathy. This enables him to learn from new trainees as well as keep up to date with the latest methods to use in clinic. In his spare time Carl loves to learn and is continually adding new techniques to his training.

He is currently studying Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and is interested in their ability to use them to manage and reduce pain.

Carl’s other qualifications include:

  • Post graduate certificate in Academic and Clinical Education (PGcert ACE 2018)
  • Postural Stability Instructor (PSI) 2019
  • Western medical acupuncture 2019

Carl, an Osteopath in Rainham, is a registered and highly trained healthcare professional. As a result he has expertise in the musculoskeletal system and so is able to help with issues including back, neck, joint or arthritic pains, sciatica, headaches and more.

Carl is available at the Rainham clinic.

I have been going to Tim for years with aches and pains, I go for 3 month maintenance and some times in between. We as a family have been going for years, everyone else see's Tim as and when they need. My husband went a couple of months ago after not going for 3 years. Tim is of friendly, professional disposition. We would and have recommend Tim to anyone in need of an Osteopath. The on line booking is easy to use, make appointment , change appointment 🙂 health is wealth 🙂

This was my first appointment with Tim and so far I am impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism. Tim explained everything very well, was respectful and understanding at all times. I will be booking further treatment and would highly recommend his clinic.

I have seen Tim on 2 separate occasions for different back problems and he has managed to get me 100% mobile in 2 or 3 sessions. I would definitely recommend him. He is a very kind and approachable practitioner and really listens to you and gives great advice to try and stop the problem returning.
